Refund And Return Policy
Customers are not allowed to open the parcel before payment.
You can exchange your purchase within 07 working days accompanied by an original sales receipt date.
Your exchange can be coordinated via email cs@theabroadstore.com or by calling us at +923350478191 between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Used & damaged items will not be eligible for exchange.
The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at their own expense to our address / Shipping OR delivery charges associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (non-refundable)
Products must remain unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. Returned items should be in the exact condition in which they were delivered.
If you wish to exchange your item with a different size, color, or any listed product on our website or official social media pages, please mention it in your return note or contact us for assistance.
Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 48 hours of purchase. For online orders, any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with captured video, images of damage.
Promotional products are not eligible for exchange OR claim.
Products are eligible for a refund within one week of receipt, provided the customer notifies the company within 24 hours of receiving the product. A 15% deduction from the invoice value will be applied to the refund.
REFUND POLICY: Once your claim is approved in accordance with our policies, we will send a confirmation email or WhatsApp message to initiate the refund process through your bank account.
