We want you to shop with confidence at The Abroad Store. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Important Note
Parcels must be paid for before opening. We do not allow parcel inspection prior to payment.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 working days of purchase. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by the original sales receipt
To request an exchange, contact us at cs@theabroadstore.com or call us at +92 335 0478191 (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Please clearly mention if you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or another product from our website or official social media pages.
Note:
- Used, worn, or damaged products are not eligible for exchange.
- Promotional or discounted items are non-exchangeable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a traceable courier service.
Refund Policy
Products are eligible for a refund if:
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds will incur a 15% deduction from the invoice amount to cover processing fees. Once your request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your bank account and notify you via email or WhatsApp.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include photos or a video showing the damage, and can be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
We cannot honor claims made after 48 hours or without proper documentation.
