Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here is how we can help:

• 7-Day Return: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Due to the nature of Impression Fragrances, these can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

• Damages: If your Crockery or Decor items arrive damaged, please take a photo/video immediately and contact our WhatsApp support within 24 hours. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

• Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.
